Probation Review Hearings
Probation review hearings are typically scheduled on regularly scheduled intervals after a probation order has been entered. At these hearings the judge or referee will review the progress of the juvenile and modify to the order when appropriate. Depending on the juvenile’s compliance with the terms of probation, the judge or referee has the authority to impose greater restrictions, lessen the terms of probation, or dismiss the case.
