Delinquency Proceedings
Delinquency proceedings concern juveniles under the age of 17 who are charged with a violation of a criminal law, criminal ordinance, traffic law, or status offense (such as incorrigibility or truancy).
Child Protective Proceedings
Child protective proceedings concern parents, guardians, or legal custodians who are facing allegations of neglect or abuse toward a child. The purpose and focus of these proceedings is to ensure the protection of children.
Adoption & Juvenile Guardianship Proceedings
Adoption proceedings concern adoptees who are in need of adoption services. These proceedings aim to safeguard the best interests of adoptees, while protecting the rights of all interested parties.
